When I do my collaborations I try to utilize google+ hangouts to help new animators learn from the more advanced ones. I try to be very "noob" friendly because I understand the complications with flash, I guess I enjoy teaching.

for megapico777, this was probably made before newgrounds even had an age rating system. when tom fulp introduced it, E was the default age rating system for all cartoons which didnt have a rating making all cartoons before the system was introduced to be rated E.
